How are roommates selected in other rooms?
In the rental process, you will fill out the booking form, thanks to which we will find out whether you are allergic to animals, smoke cigarettes, we will learn your interests, etc. - on this basis, we will select roommates so that everyone feels comfortable and that there is no large age range and language barriers between them.
How will I be verified and why?
All tenants are verified, including financially, because we must be sure that there will be no problems with fees. Thanks to the verification, you become more credible not only in our eyes but also for your future roommates. During the term of the lease agreement, inspections of the condition of the premises are also carried out.
For what period is the lease agreement concluded?
We conclude the contract for a definite period - usually from September/October to the end of June or for a period of max. up to 12 months. Possibility to extend the lease.
Can I move out before the contract expires?
It is possible to terminate the lease agreement before the period for which it was concluded. The condition is, for example, finding another tenant to replace your place.
What standard are the rooms and flats?
All rooms and apartments are furnished and fully equipped, all you need to do is bring your own bedding, towels and personal belongings. If you want to add your piece of furniture - no problem, but we do not take the current furniture.
How can I rent a room or flat?
